As the implementation project does not conform to the "DIA" (Conditionally Favorable), and because the safeguarding of a set of natural and ecological values of great importance in the regional, national and international context is at stake, LPN requests the Authority of this "AIA" procedure to issue a Decision on the Environmental Conformity of the Implementation Project (DCAPE) that does not conform, thus determining the preliminary rejection of the assessment request and the consequent termination of the procedure.
