LPN requests that the proposal of the Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy (PEPAC) presented to the European Commission, and which is part of the set of documents of the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) now under public consultation, be revised after ensuring the adequate and formal participation of civil society in this process, in compliance with the rules established in the European Union Regulation.
