Contribution of C6 Coalition to the 2nd stage of the extended Public Consultation Process of the Portuguese Strategic Plan under the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) for 2023-2027

This document constitutes the contribution of the C6 Coalition for the “first stage of the extended consultation process of the Portuguese Strategic Plan under the Common Agricultural Policy for 2023-2027”. It is only the second chance that C6 NGOs have to contribute to the process of elaboration of the Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy (PEPAC).

C6 coalition took the initiative in May 2020 to contact GPP so that its contribution is considered in the process of elaboration of the Portuguese PEPAC. Following the meeting between GPP and representatives of NGOs that constitute C6 on the 30^th June, preliminary documents from PEPAC were sent to us. Comments of C6 to these documents were sent to GPP on the 24^th July as previously agreed. C6 remains not knowing what other entities have also contributed to this process, to what extent, and with what contributions.

This document is divided in two parts: Part A with general and transversal comments to the entire documents that were analysed; part B with specific comments to several documents in a table to ease its analysis.
