Portuguese Association of Marine Litter (APLM)

The mission of the Portuguese Association of Marine Litter (APLM) is to protect, conserve and preserve the environment against the impacts of litter in marine, coastal, estuarine ecosystems and the ones associated with inland water; to raise awareness and promote co-responsibility of society for sustainable consumption, citizenship and environmental protection.

APLM also provides educational and training activities, as well as the preparation, editing and dissemination of studies and other relevant publications in this field.
